How Belwal Bhog handles the information you send through this website.

Belwal Bhog runs this website to show what we make and to let you start a conversation with us. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you give us here.

Who we are. Belwal Bhog, Tara Nawad, P.O. Kunwarpur, Gaulapar, Haldwani, Nainital, Uttarakhand 263139, India. You can reach us at support@belwalbhog.com or +91 99176 12060.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry. Our enquiry forms ask for some or all of the following, depending on which form you use: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, business or company name, your city, district, state and PIN code, the kind of business you run, how much you expect to need each month, the territory you are interested in, details of your existing business, and whatever you write in the message box. You choose what to type. Only the fields marked as required have to be filled in.

What is recorded automatically with that enquiry. The page you were on when you sent it, the website that referred you if you arrived from a link or an ad, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time.

About your IP address. We do not store it. What we store is a one-way hash of it — a scrambled value that cannot be turned back into your address. We use it only to spot the same source submitting the same form repeatedly, which is how we filter spam.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to work at all — they keep your session and protect the forms against cross-site request forgery. There is no way to use the site without these.

We may also switch on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta pixel to understand which pages people find useful and how our ads perform. These only load when we have configured them, and they set their own cookies when they do. If you would rather not be measured, your browser's privacy settings and tracking-protection features will block them, and the site will work exactly the same.

The contact page shows a Google Map of where we are. That map is loaded from Google, so opening the page lets Google see the request and set its own cookies. Everything else on the contact page works with the map blocked.

We do not run advertising cookies of our own, and we do not sell profiles of visitors to anybody.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. To work out which products, pack sizes or territory you are asking about. To keep a record of the conversation so that whoever picks it up next knows what was already discussed. To keep the forms free of spam. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Our website hosting provider stores the data on our behalf, because the site has to run somewhere. Where we have switched on the analytics or advertising tools named above, those companies receive the usage data they collect.

Beyond that, nobody. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside Belwal Bhog for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are dealing with it, and afterwards as a record of who we have supplied or spoken to. If an enquiry leads nowhere and you would like it removed, ask us and we will remove it.

Asking us to change or delete your details

Write to support@belwalbhog.com and tell us what you want. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete your enquiry. We will act on it, and if we cannot, we will tell you why.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, write to the same address marking it for the attention of our grievance contact, and we will look at it again.

Children

This is a website for shoppers and for trade buyers. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
